BB Invest has established a close business relationship with Finquest. Our team member Jacob Engelbrecht, family member of Winfried Engelbrecht-Bresges, played a central role in this partnership. Through our analysis and recommendation, Finquest was brought to the attention of Winfried Engelbrecht-Bresges, who subsequently invested in the company. In a further financing round, Finquest has now received capital of 5.5 million US dollars, which underlines the successful cooperation and trust in the company.

Through a group of private investors, we have acquired interests in several residential units in the BW Vista, BW Aurora, BW Residences, BW Terraces, BW Riviera and Kula Tower buildings. The units are let on long-term leases, have a high occupancy rate (Ø 92 %) and, in addition to current income, also offer attractive potential for value appreciation, which we are continuing to expand through active asset management.
- By 2030: completion of the remaining construction phases with a further 6,000 apartments, a congress center, elementary school, two kindergartens and additional green spaces.
